St. Cecilia, an early Christian martyr, is the Patron Saint of Music and Musicians. This is an 8†x 10†oil painting copied from the original 37 ¾†X 29 ½†oil painting by Guido Reni, Italian, 1606, which is located at the Norton Simon Museum, Pasadena, CA. I painted this as a gift in 2009 for my mother-in-law, Cecilia.
